This service term is entered into on the date of signature by the sender. The contracting parties are Zongwei Supply Chain and the sender, and both parties must comply with this service term. The term 'cargo' referred to in this clause refers to goods that have arrived at our company or have been signed for by our company's staff. Each shipment will be subject to the provisions on liability limitations in this clause. If the sender requests greater protection, additional insurance can be purchased.

1、 Restricted and prohibited shipment

The sender agrees that the goods they deliver are transportable.

The following items will not be accepted or sent:

1) Belonging to hazardous substances and hazardous materials specified by the International Air Cargo Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and other relevant government departments or organizations, And items that are prohibited or restricted for transportation (restricted items for posting: batteries, items containing batteries, drugs urgently used for medical or scientific research, sports, live animals, magnetic items that do not exceed standards, perishables, radioactive items, vaccines, private or official seals, etc.).

2) Zongwei's supply chain believes that it cannot be safe Legally transported items (including but not limited to: fake and shoddy goods, spray containers, alcohol liquids, asbestos, butane lighters, medical waste, toxic goods, corrosive goods, food, tea, cash, checks, counterfeit money, drugs, dry ice, flammable and explosive goods, obscene goods, magnetic goods exceeding the standard, oxides and organic peroxides, weapons, soluble paint and coatings, animals, cash, anonymous negotiable bills, precious gold Belonging to minerals, firearms, human bodies, pornography, illegal narcotics/drugs, and other items prohibited by local laws for mailing.

2、 Inspection

Zongwei Supply Chain has the right to sample and open the package for inspection without prior notice to the sender. If restricted or prohibited items are found, Zongwei Supply Chain will detain all packages on that day and will not proceed with shipment processing. The goods will be returned to the sender after being detained for one week, and the sender must pay a prohibited goods inspection fee of 50 yuan/time to the Zongwei supply chain.

3、 Delivery and non delivery

The sender ensures the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to the recipient. The shipment cannot be delivered according to a specific post office box (PO BOX) or can only be delivered according to a postal code. It will be delivered to the recipient's address provided by the sender (in postal delivery, the first recipient of the mail should be considered the recipient), but may not be directly delivered to the recipient themselves. If the recipient address has a centralized receiving point, the shipment will be delivered to that receiving point.

In any of the following circumstances, the Zongwei supply chain will handle the shipment in a reasonable manner according to the sender's requirements, and any additional costs incurred as a result will be borne by the sender:

1) The recipient refuses to receive the shipment or pay taxes;

2) The shipment is considered unacceptable;

3) The customs believes that the customs clearance information of the sender does not match the actual goods (the customs clearance invoice issued by the goods is from the vertical supply chain, and if the customs requires the provision of customs clearance information stamped by the true sender, the sender needs to cooperate with the customs on their own);

4) Unable to determine or locate the recipient.

If the sender fails to provide timely processing opinions or the destination government cannot accept the sender's processing opinions, Zongwei Supply Chain has the right to abandon the shipment without the need to notify the sender
